Ida Lee Tisdale Scholarship 

In 2013 the LCH Consulting Scholarship Fund awarded its 1st scholarship. The LCH Consulting Scholarship Fund was created in loving memory of Ms Ida Lee Tisdale of Lawtey, Florida.  Ms. Tisdale, born in 1904, was the mother of 14 and an inspiration to countless others. Known across Bradford County, Florida as Miss Ida, she was wise, kind, nurturing  and a strong believer in family and faith.   She believed in the value of hard work and a good education, and instilled these beliefs in her family. Through the Ida Lee Tisdale Scholarship, this legacy lives on.

Commission for Organ and Tissue Donation
LCH Consulting President, Lillian Heizer, serves on the Fairfax County Commission for Organ and Tissue Donation. This commission is dedicated to increasing the awareness of all citizens of Fairfax County regarding organ and tissue donation and transplantation through education and coordination of resources in a way which will result in increased organ and tissue donations in the county. This Commission was created by the Board of Supervisors in 1994 and is the first of its kind to be set up by a local government in the United States, and serves as a model for local commissions being created throughout the country. Ms. Heizer’s role is to help coordinate resources in the community; to promote awareness of organ and tissue donation and transplantation; to educate the community about the organ and tissue donation process; and to increase the number of Fairfax County organ and tissue donors.  For more information on the Fairfax County Commission for Organ and Tissue Donation, please visit: 

The Women's Center 

The mission of The Women’s Center is to significantly improve the psychological, career, financial and legal well-being of women, men and their families, regardless of their ability to pay. Supporting the Virginia and DC areas, The Women's Center provides a continuously expanding variety of free, full and reduced fee counseling and developmental support services to the community.  As a member of Board of Directors since 2006, Ms Heizer provides support and oversight to the Executive Director regarding policies and objectives, budgets and fund raising, and performance.  For more information on The Women's Center, please visit:
